A2 Gir cow ghee. Ingredient: cow milk fat. Contains: milk. Use-by 12 months from packing; best used within 12 months of opening.

How to store

Keep in a cool, dry place with the lid closed and use a dry spoon. Ghee can set solid or turn grainy in cooler weather. That's normal and doesn't affect quality.
