Who we are

Ghee Culture is an A2 Gir cow ghee brand run by a small team ("we", "us"). Orders and payments on gheeculture.in are handled by Naga Sai Vineet Gollapudi, the seller of record, on behalf of the team. You can reach us at naga.26051@ssb.scaler.com.

Our ghee is manufactured by Krishi Naturals, 865/8/D, Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara, Gujarat 390010.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, mobile number, delivery address and the items you buy.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive a payment confirmation and reference ID. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• Enquiries: details you share when you contact us or send a corporate gifting enquiry (for example name, company, phone and order requirements).
• On your device: the site stores your bag and, if you check out, your delivery details in your browser's local storage so you don't have to re-enter them. This stays on your device and you can clear it from your browser settings.
• Basic technical data: like any website, our server may log your IP address, browser type and pages visited to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To process, ship and deliver your order and send you updates about it.
• To process payments and refunds.
• To respond to your questions, complaints and gifting enquiries.
• To meet legal, tax and food-safety record-keeping requirements.

We don't sell your personal information. We'll only send you marketing messages if you've asked to hear from us, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to complete your order:

• Razorpay, to process your payment.
• Shiprocket and its courier partners, to deliver your order (your name, phone number and address).
• Our hosting provider, which stores the website and order records.
• Government or legal authorities, if the law requires it.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy and is only allowed to use your information for the service it provides to us.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting laws (generally up to 8 years). Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then deleted.

Keeping it safe

Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Access to order records is limited to people who need it to fulfil orders.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing, by emailing naga.26051@ssb.scaler.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Grievances

If you have a concern about how your information is handled, contact our grievance officer at naga.26051@ssb.scaler.com. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
